Formula # 2 Treatment for Soft, Peeling, Bitten, Weak or Thin Nails. For best results, apply one coat per day without color polish. As nail condition improves, decrease application to every other day. If wearing color polish, apply Formula #2 as a base coat and then apply polish. Note: It is not recommended to use any polish or nail products which contain hardeners in conjunction with your prescribed formula as it may alter results. Do not apply more than one coat of Formula #2 per day.

Rating : - Not worth the carcinogens
This is supposedly the best nail treatment on the market, which is why I bought this. However, I'm not sure whether it really makes my nails grow faster and whether it makes them stronger. That may be because before the nail protein has a chance to work, I lose patience and bite all my nails off. So who knows...

Would I buy this product again? No.

The presence of Toluene and Phthalate in this product - possible carcinogens (cancer-causing chemicals) - is not worth whatever outcome there is.

Most likely, I will buy pure shea butter and buff my nails twice a week for definite stronger, shinier nails.
